Shipping and Delivery Information:
Most orders ship out within 4-7 business days via USPS Priority Mail (2 day delivery). Shipping includes US Postal Service insurance coverage. If your order cannot be shipped within that timeframe, you will receive email notification.
Debra Amerson Design ships individual items internationally. Rates including insurance vary according to the destination country. Combined items shipping within the USA or internationally will incur additional shipping costs. Additional shipping costs will be determined when shipping.
Return Policy:
We offer our customers 7 days from the date your order is received to review your jewelry purchase--sorry, no exceptions.Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase within that 7 day window, simply return the jewelry along with the original sales receipt. We’ll issue you an exchange credit for an item of equal value, minus shipping costs.

Debra Amerson Design guarantees the workmanship on all of our jewelry. If a necklace component breaks, send it back and we’ll re-string it. Note-Since our work is one of a kind, we will make complimentary substitutions which will be will different from the original design. You’ll get your same necklace or set of earring set but with a brand new look.
